摘要
目的:了解职业倦怠量表(MBI-Human Services Survey)在临床护理教师应用中的信度和效度。方法:采用整群分层随机的方法,选取南充市535名临床护理教师进行调查,对所得数据进行信效度检验。结果:全量表、3个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.881、0.906、0.873、0.838,分半信度为0.816;探索性因子分析提取3个因子,分别是情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感,累计贡献率为58.822%,项目负荷在0.588-0.882之间;验证性因素分析证明3因素模型为最优模型。结论:修订后MBI-HSS具有良好的信效度,可用于我国临床护理教师职业倦怠测评。
Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Maslach Burnout Inventory among clinical nursing teachers. Methods: 535 clinical nursing teachers in Nanchong were investigated by stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed to examine the reliability and validity. Results: The coefficients of the internal consistency reliability of the total scale and three factors were 0.881,0. 906,0.873,0. 838 ; respectively and the split coefficient was 0.816. Exploratory factor analysis supported a three - factor structure which consisted of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment, and their cumulative contribution rate was 58. 822%, the range of factor loading was between 0.588 and 0.882. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the hypothesized three - factor model was best fit. Conclusion: With good reliability and validity, the Chinese version of the revised MBI is a highly suitable instrument for measuring burnout among clinical nursing teachers.
