摘要
本文针对当前节能上所存在的主要问题,探讨规划节能设计的新理念、新途径、新方法。提倡首先应从城市总体规划阶段注重节能的规划设计,为建筑单体的节能创造良好的外部环境;其次,在地块开发中,需从节能角度明确强制性的节能规划指标,作为地块出让、开发、建设和运营管理的前置条件,也是地块单体建筑、道路广场、绿化环境等各要素的设计、建设和竣工验收依据;最后,提出注重节能细节设计,深入落实规划节能的各项要求。
This paper aiming at the main problem existing in current energy saving, energy-saving explores new ideas, new ways, and new method of planning design. Advocates should firstly focus on the planning and design of energy conservation from the stage of city overall planning, and create a favorable external environment for energy-saving buildings monomer; secondly~ in the plot development, it need energy planning in- dicators mandatorily clear energy conservation planning indi- cators from the view of energy saving~ as the precondition of plots sold, development, construction and operation managem- ent, but also the acceptance basis of the design, construction and completion of the single block building, road plaza, lands- caping and other elements; finally, put emphasis on energy＂ sa- ving detail design, to make thorough implementation of the pl- aning energy-saving requirements.
