P波离散度及BNP水平对阵发性房颤的预测价值

摘要 P波离散度(PWD)是指在12导联体表心电图同一心动周期不同导联中最长P波时限与最短P波时限的差值,反映了心房内部和心房间不同部位非均质的电传导及活动[1,2]。普通人群中,在对年龄和性别进行校正后,PWD是可作为阵发性心房颤动发生的最敏感、最特异的心电图指标[3]。并且有研究,PWD/Pmax可预测高血压患者房颤复发的风险,还是冠状动脉旁路移植术后以及肥厚性心肌病患者发生房颤的独立预测因子[4,5]。
