摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在脂肪肝患者中的诊断价值。方法随机选取我院接诊的100例脂肪肝患者,均经超声检查确诊为脂肪肝,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 100例脂肪肝患者中,男性60例,女性40例,男性发病率显著高于女性,弥散浸润型80例,非均质型20例,轻度脂肪肝50例,中度脂肪肝40例,重度脂肪肝10例。结论脂肪肝的临床表现不显著,没有特异性,超声检查能显著提高脂肪肝的检出率,为脂肪肝的早期预防和治疗提供帮助,有利于疾病的诊断。
Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound in patients with fatty liver diagnostic value.Method Randomly selected hospital admissions of 100 patients with fatty liver were diagnosed by ultrasound fatty liver,on the patient＇s clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 100 patients with fatty liver,male 60 cases,female 40 cases,male incidence was significantly higher than women,80 cases of diffuse infiltrative heterogeneity 20 cases,50 cases of mild fatty liver moderate fatty liver in 40 cases,10 cases of severe fatty liver.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of fatty liver,there is no specific ultrasound can significantly improve the detection rate of fatty liver,help for early prevention and treatment of fatty liver,is conducive to the diagnosis of the disease.
