摘要
目的研究不同粒径的梭子蟹壳粉对消炎痛致大鼠胃溃疡的影响。方法采用灌胃消炎痛法致大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察不同粒径的梭子蟹壳粉对大鼠胃酸分泌量及胃溃疡的影响。结果各用药组大鼠胃液总酸度及排出量与模型组比较,均明显降低(P<0.01);各用药组大鼠胃溃疡指数与模型组比较,微米组与纳米组明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论不同粒径的梭子蟹壳粉对消炎痛致大鼠胃溃疡具有不同程度的防治作用,其作用随着蟹壳粉粒径的减小而增强。
Objective To observe the effect of Different size Portunus trituberculatus Shell on gastric ulcer induced by indomethacin in rats. Method Use the model of gastric ulcer rats caused by gavage indomethacin, to observe the effect of gastric acid secretion and gastric ulcer of rats with different size of Portunus trituberculatus Shell. Result Compared with model group, the gastric total acidity of drug group is obviously lower (P〈0.01), has Statistical significance. Compared with model group, the gastric ulcer index of micron group is lower (P〈0.05), nanometer group is obviously lower has Statistical significance. Conclusions Different size of Portunus trituberculatus Shell have different preventive effects on the gastric ulcer rats caused by gavage indomethacin. And the effect will enhance with the reduction of particle size ofportunus trituberculatus Shell.
