摘要
目的:观察一枝黄花煎剂对消炎痛所致大鼠胃溃疡的影响。方法:给消炎痛前2 h腹腔注射一枝黄花煎剂,6 h后处死动物,观察胃粘膜损伤程度。结果:实验组的溃疡得分显著低于对照组。结论:一枝黄花煎剂对消炎痛所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective ：The effect of a dose of Goldenrod Herb to rats＇gastric ulceration caused by indocin is observed. Methods： Injected a dose of Goldenrod Herb to the abdominal cavity two hours before administrating Indocin, killed rats after six hours, then observed the degree of gastric mucosa lesions. Results： Marks of the experimental group were lower than the comparing group significantly. Conclusion：A dose of Goldenrod Herb has good protection to the rats＇gastric mucosa lesions caused by Indocin.
