摘要
目的:观察养阴降糖片联合银杏叶片作为干预药物对早期2型糖尿病患者氧化应激及胰岛素抵抗方面的作用。方法:将139例早期2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,实验组(基础治疗+养阴降糖片+银杏叶片)104例,对照组(基础治疗)35例,观察两组治疗前后血糖(FBG、PBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)变化的情况。结果:实验组MDA、GSH、SOD、FBG的变化均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),FINS、HOMA-IR变化无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);对照组MDA、FBG的变化具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),GSH、SOD、FINS、HOMA-IR均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:联合使用养阴降糖片和银杏叶片可降低早期2型糖尿病患者的氧化应激损伤,而对胰岛素抵抗无明显作用。
Objectives : To observe the clinical effects of Yangyinjiangtang tablets and Ginkgo leaf tablets to the oxida- tive stress and insulin -resistant in the patients who suffered from early diabetes type II. Methods :139 early diabetes type II patients were divided into two groups randomly, 104 patients for group treatment who received basic treatment, Yangy- injiangtang tablets and Ginkgo leaf tablets ; other 35 patients for contrast treatment observation. Biochemical indices such as FBG, PBG, FINS, MDA, SOD, GSH and HOMA -IR weie detected before and after treatment in both two groups. Results:There is statistical significant difference of MDA, GSH, SOD and FBG in group experiment (P 〈 0. 01 ), but thereis no statistical significance of FINS and HOMA- IR in this group(P 〉 O. 05 ). In the contrast group, there is statistical significant difference of MDA and FBG (P 〈0.01 ), but there is no statistical significance of GSH, SOD, FINS and HO- MA - IR in this group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Combined use of Yangyinjiangtang tablets and Ginkgo leaf tablets could re- duce oxidative stress effect, but there is no clinical efficacy of treating insulin - resistant.
