维生素E及镁联合对糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力影响 被引量:1

Supplementation of vitamin E and magnesium increases antioxidative capacity in rat with diabetes

摘要 目的观察维生素E(VE)及镁联合对糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗和抗氧化水平的影响。方法88只大鼠随机分为6组,分别喂饲含有不同剂量VE及镁的饲料4周;大鼠腹腔注射链脲咗菌素诱导糖尿病腜?继续喂养4周处死动物,计算胰岛素抵抗指数;测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平;检测红细胞溶血度。结果与对照组比较,VE、VE+中、高剂量镁组胰岛素抵抗指数分别降低了5.52,3.29和2.65(P<0.05);VE+高剂量镁组GSH-Px与SOD分别为(41.65±2.99)和(119.49±8.03)U/(mg.prot),明显高于对照组(P<0.05);VE组、中、高剂量镁组、VE+中、高剂量镁组红细胞溶血度分别降低了67.86%,71.43%,60.71%,89.29%和89.29%(P<0.05)。结论联合补充VE和镁可以通过提高机体抗氧化水平降低胰岛素抵抗,较单纯补充VE或镁效果更佳。 Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin E(VE) and magnesium supplementation on insulin resistance and antioxidative capacity in diabetic rats.Methods Eighty-eight Wistar rats were randomly assigned to control group,VE group(E),middle,high-dose magnesium group(MM,HM),and VE plus middle-,high-dose magnesium group(EMM,EHM).Four weeks after different diet treatment,all rats were injected wtih streptozotocin to provoke diabetes millitus.After another 4 weeks of feeding,all rats were sacrificed.Insulin resistance index(IRI),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and hemolytic degree of red blood cell were detected.Results Compared to the control group,IRI in E,EMM and EHM groups was decreased by 5.52,3.29,and 2.65,respectively(P0.05).GSH-Px and SOD activity in EHM was significantly increased to 41.65±2.99 and 119.49±8.03 U/mg prot(P0.01).The erythrocyte hemolytic degree was decreased by 67.86%,71.43%,60.71%,89.29%,and 89.29% in E,MM,HM,EMM,and EHM,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion Supplementation of VE and magnesium is more effective than VE or magnesium alone to attenuate the insulin resistance by increasing the antioxidative capacity and decreasing the lipid peroxidation in diabetic rats.
