摘要
以m(变性淀粉)∶m(麦芽糊精复合物)=60∶40制备茶树花精油微胶囊产品,通过其在烟丝中的添加后在高温下的释放规律的研究,建立复合型茶树花精油微胶囊产品的释放动力学模型。发现变性淀粉和麦芽糊精复合缓释材料包埋茶树花精油在198.02℃下的释放,在0 s^150 s段满足一级动力学,在180 s^360 s段,其释放行为满足二级动力学。而在427.53℃下的释放,在0 s^60 s段满足一级动力学,在90 s^270 s段,其释放行为满足二级动力学,在300 s以后,壁材的孔隙率发生改变,此时释放速率与时间之间不存在线形的关系。
The study of m(modified starch) : m(maltodextrin complex)=60 : 40 are used to prepare the microcapsules of tea flower essential oil. By studying the release pattern after adding tobacco under high temperature, establish the release kinetic model for composite microcapsules of tea flower essential oil. Results show that the releasing process of embedding tea flower essential oil prepared by modified starch and maltodextrin complex under 198.02 ℃ belongs to first-order kinetic process during phase 0 s-150 s, and belongs to second-order kinetic process during 180 s-360 s, while the releasing process under 427.53 ℃ belongs to first-order kinetic process during phase 0 s--60 s, and belongs to second-order kinetic process during 90 s-270 s. After 300 s, the porosity of wall material starts to change, and there is no linear relationship between release rate and time.
