摘要
研究了用气相色谱测定皮革与纺织品中五氯苯酚的方法.采用乙酰化-气相色谱法对皮革中的五氯苯酚进行检测,对提取方法进行了优化研究,使提取量的损失减少.试样经溶液提取后经乙酸酐乙酰化,以正己烷提取,然后用气相色谱测定,以内标溶液定量.同时对乙酰化所需的乙酸酐剂量进行探讨.五氯苯酚的检出下限0.01 mg/kg-1,相偏差小.
This paper studies the application of gas chromatographic to the determination of pentachlo- rophenol in leather and textiles. Pentachlorophenol in leather was detected by acetylation gas chromato- graphy, and the extraction method was optimized to reduce the loss of the amount of extraction. The sample was extracted from solution before acetylated by acetic anhydride, and then the products were extracted with hexane, detected by gas chromatography, with internal standard solution quantitatively. At the same time, the required acetic anhydride dose for acetylation was explored to improve the conversion rate. The detection limit of pentachlorophenol was O. Olmg/kg ^-1 , and the relative deviation is small.
