摘要
选用不同城市污水处理厂的活性污泥作为菌源,驯化降解五氯酚的厌氧微生物群,同时考察了五氯酚浓度、外加碳源对厌氧驯化速度的影响.研究结果表明:各种不同来源的好氧活性污泥经过厌氧驯化均可获得对五氯酚的降解能力,其中,2#污泥表现出对PCP较强的生物降解能力;外加碳源(葡萄粮)和底物(PCP)浓度都可显著影响驯化速率,外加碳源可显著增加驯化速度,底物浓度为200mg/L。
The acclimation process for pentachlorophenol(PCP) anaerobic degradation was studied by using different sources aerobic activated sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant,at the same time,the influence of adding carbon source(glucose) as well as substrate(PCP) concentration on acclimation process was also taken into consideration.The results indicated that the anaerobic biodegradability for PCP can be obtained from different sources aerobic sludge,among which number 2 shows the stronger degradability;and that the adding carbon source(glucose) and substrate(PCP) concentrantion both had an obvious influence on the speed of acclimation;also that the process with adding carbon source is faster than that without one,with PCP concentration at 200 mg/L being the most suitable one for the process.
