摘要
针对节流杆控制机构设计还没有进行系统研究,在应用时还存在认识不深入、验证不充分等问题,对节流杆在节流控制和节流示位2种不同控制机构中的应用分别进行了研究。通过对各个工况进行受力分析,提出了节流杆机构的使用条件,为更好地使用节流杆机构提供理论依据;并用ADAMS对节流杆机构进行了仿真验证,证明了理论分析的正确性。研究结果对节流杆机构的设计有一定的指导意义。
No systematic study of the control mechanism for throttle lever has been made. Moreover, the under- standing is not good and its verification is not adequate in its application. Therefore, research on the application of the lever in throttle controller and throttle position indicator was conducted respectively. Through the force analysis under various working conditions, the service conditions for the throttle lever mechanism were offered in order to provide the theoretical basis for better use of the mechanism. The ADAMS was used to conduct a simulation verifica- tion of the mechanism. The correctness of the theoretical analysis was proved. The research findings can serve as a guide to the design of the mechanism.
