摘要
针对Cr30A材质的特点,对原有耐磨耐蚀叶轮铸件存在的缩孔、粘砂、裂纹等缺陷进行分析,改善原工艺的补缩系统,改进砂芯的制作工艺,较好地解决了铸件的缩孔、粘砂、裂纹等缺陷。进一步利用计算机模拟进行分析优化,采用发热冒口,提高了铸件的工艺出品率。
Based on the material features of Cr30A and the analysis of current shrinkage, buming-on, crack and other defects on wear and corrosion resistance impeller casting, the original feeding system was optimized through the improvement of the feeding effect of riser and technical process of sand core making. And a better solution for the defects was put forward, such as shrinkage, burning-on and crack on casting. The yield of qualified castings could be further optimized by the computer simulation analysis and the usage of exothermic riser.
