氧化铝矿用渣浆泵过流件高铬铸铁Cr28的腐蚀磨损性能 被引量:6

Corrosion-erosion Resistance of High Chromium Cast Iron Cr28 in Wet Parts of Slurry Pump in Alumina Ore

摘要 针对氧化铝矿渣浆泵过流件使用工况,设计了一种新型的过流件高铬铸铁材料Cr28,研究了铸态和热处理态材料的组织和性能。结果表明:热处理后组织与铸态组织相比,碳化物分布趋于弥散细小,冲击韧度和硬度都有较大的提高。腐蚀磨损实验结果表明:铸态和热处理态Cr28的腐蚀磨损性能与Cr15Mo3相比都有显著地提高,其中热处理态Cr28试样的磨蚀失重率最低,相对耐磨性为1.95。采用定量分析的方法对材料的磨蚀磨损交互作用进行研究表明:在腐蚀磨损过程中磨损对腐蚀的促进作用很大,占到腐蚀分量的99%以上,而腐蚀对磨损的促进作用较为有限,均低于腐蚀分量的23%。Cr15Mo3和热处理态Cr28试样的磨损增量和纯磨损量均随其硬度的升高而降低,而铸态Cr28试样硬度低于Cr15Mo3试样,但是磨损增量和纯磨损量也较低。 A new high chromium cast iron Cr28 was designed, which is applied in wet parts of slurry pump in alumina ore, and the microstructures and properties in the as-cast and heat treatment state were studied. The results indicate that, compared with those of the as-cast Cr28, carbides disperse more uniformly and finer, and the hardness and impact toughness increase significantly. The experimental results show that, compared with that of Cr15Mo3, the corrosion-erosion resistance of Cr28 in the as-cast and heat treatment state increase significantly, and the Cr28 in heat treatment state has the lowest weight loss of corrosion-erosion, the relative ratio of corrosion-erosion of the Cr28 is 1.95 times as big as that of Cr15Mo3. The studies of corrosion-erosion synergistic effects with quantitative analyses method indicate that wear has an obvious promoted effect on corrosion which is above 99 % of corrosion component in the synergistic effects between erosion and corrosion. However, corrosion has a limited promoted effect on wear, which is off 23% of corrosion component. With the increase of hardness of Cr15Mo3 and Cr28 in the hear treatment state, wear increment and the pure wear increment decrease The wear increment and the pure wear increment of casting cr28 are lower than those of Cr15Mo3 although the hardness of casting Cr28 is lower than that of Cr15Mo3.
