摘要
电压稳定是受端电网所面临的主要稳定问题,而基于建模数值计算的电压稳定仿真软件和广域测量系统的结合,为实现电压稳定全态势量化评估与防控提供了新的思路。以电网仿真或量测数据为基础,采用基于局部量测信息的等效输电模型,可实现电压稳定态势、无功补偿水平评估及切负荷量的快速预估。文中阐述了系统整体功能框架构,分别介绍了不同响应信息源数据交互、静态和暂态电压稳定评估和任务并行设计方案,并指出了所涉及的关键技术。该系统可实现大电网当前态和预想态的电压稳定全态势快速量化评估与辅助决策,提高大电网智能化监控与预警水平。
Voltage stability is the main stability problem that the receiving-end power grid has to be faced with,and the combination of the voltage stability simulation software based on the modeling and numerical calculation with wide-area measurement system(WAMS) provides a new idea to implement the whole situation quantitative assessment as well as the protection and control of voltage stability.On the basis of the data from power grid simulation or the measured data and adopting equivalent power transmission model based on local measured information,the voltage stability situation,reactive power compensation level and the amount of load shedding can be pre-estimated.The overall framework of function blocks of the whole situation quantitative assessment system is expounded;the data exchange of among different response information sources,estimation of static and transient voltage stability and parallel-task design scheme are presented respectively,and relevant key techniques are pointed out.Using the proposed whole situation quantitative assessment system,the whole situation quantitative assessment of voltage stability of large-scale power grid under current state or presupposed state as well as its auxiliary decision-making can be rapidly implemented,thus the intelligent monitoring and pre-warning level of large-scale power grid can be improved.
