摘要
壳聚糖脱乙酰度采用碱量法 ,按强碱 -强酸型测定 ,不管选用何种指示剂 ,均可产生不容忽视的滴定误差。
In this study the experiments showed that the alkalimetric estimation of the deacetylation degree of chitosan by the strong base-strong acid reaotion could cause the titration error not to be ignored,no matter what indicators would be sued.
