摘要 以黄秋葵种子为试材,用水煮醇沉法提取黄秋葵多糖并纯化,研究分析了黄秋葵多糖的组分与结构,并对黄秋葵多糖的细胞毒性进行了研究。结果表明:通过提取得到的天然黄秋葵多糖中糖含量为28.15%,其主要有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、D-木糖、D-果糖及D-葡萄糖等几种单糖成分;细胞毒性试验表明,黄秋葵多糖与葡萄糖的细胞毒性相近,属于低毒材料。 Taking the okra seeds as raw material, after extracted okra polysaccharide by boiled alcohol sink method and purified it,okra polysaccharide component and structure, and the cell toxicity were studied. The results showed that the sugar content was 28. 15% in the extracts from okra seeds, and the okra polysaccharides were composed of rhamnose, arabian sugar, D-xylose, D-fructose and D-glucose as well as several monosaccharide compositions; cytotoxicity assay experiment showed that the cell toxicity of okra polysaccharide was similar to that of glucose,and it belonged to low virus material.
