摘要
采用增重法、扫描电镜(Electronic Microscopy,SEM)、X射线衍射分析(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和线扫描分析等方法对Super304H钢进行高温蒸汽氧化研究,研究结果表明:Super304H钢在400℃时氧化速率接近直线,高于400℃时氧化速率更接近抛物线;Super304H钢氧化膜具有双层结构,外层氧化膜颗粒粗大、排列疏松,主要由Fe3O4组成,内层氧化膜颗粒细小,排列紧密,主要为FeCr2O4。
By adopting the weight-gaining,scanning electronic microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction analysis and line scanning analysis etc. methods,studied was the oxidation of Super304H steel caused by steam. It has been found that the oxidation rate of Super304H steel at 400 ℃ approaches to a straight line and is more close to a parabola at 400 ℃ and above. The oxide film is of double-layer structure,the outer layer of which is mainly composed of Fe3O4 ,being bulky particles and loosely arranged while the inner layer of which is mainly composed of FeCr2O4 ,being slim and small particles and compactly arranged.
