摘要 研究蒸汽温度对2.25Cr-1Mo钢抗蒸汽氧化性能的影响。分别在460℃、480℃和500℃,0.1 MPa试验条件下,对2.25Cr-1Mo钢进行了600 h蒸汽氧化试验。采用分析天平测量试样的氧化增重,获得氧化动力学曲线;通过扫描电镜(SEM)及其附带的能谱仪(EDS)分析了氧化膜的形貌和结构;采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)结合EDS对氧化产物进行相鉴定。2.25Cr-1Mo钢在460℃、480℃和500℃蒸汽下的氧化增重-时间关系曲线均接近立方规律。表层氧化物为Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4)相。氧化温度越高,表面气孔越多,氧化物晶粒尺寸越大。氧化膜呈双层结构,外层由富Fe氧化物组成,内层Cr含量较高,起主要保护作用。温度升高对氧化膜整体结构影响不大,但能够加速元素扩散速率从而提高氧化速率,同时加速氧化产物的长大。 Oxidation resistance of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel with Cr content of 2.37% was studied at 460℃,480℃,500℃ in 0.1 MPa steam for 600 h.Weight gains of samples were measured by analytical balance,phases of oxide products were identified by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS),morphology and structure of scales were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and EDS.Based on these observations,effect of temperature on steam oxidation performance of 2.25Cr-1Mo Steel was also discussed.Results showed that the steam oxidation weight gain curves of the test steels at different temperatures conformed to the cubic law.The weight gain increased with the temperature increasing.The oxide layer was a typical dual-layered structure.High temperature could lead to a milt-layered structure.Temperature played an important role on oxide scale exfoliation.
