高速压制中粉末压制载荷的分形特性研究

摘要 以Weierstrass-Mandelbrot函数表征粉末颗粒表面的统计自仿射分形特性,然后借助临界接触面积,分析了HVC中粉末颗粒接触时的弹塑性变形过程,进而得到了粉末颗粒表面总真实接触面积和压制载荷的分形模型。 The Weierstrass-Mandelbrot function is .introduced to describe the fractal feature of powder particles' surface. Then with the help of the critical contact area in HVC, the process of elastic-Elastic deformation as particles contact is analyzed.Further more, the fractal model of the total real contact area and suppress load of particles surface are calculated.
