摘要
本文以中国八大经济区大中型工业企业的技术创新效率为研究对象,应用SE-DEA视窗分析和计量分析技术展开实证研究。研究结果表明:八大区域大中型工业企业技术创新效率在2001—2011年期间的均值存在区域差异,从高到低依次为南部沿海、东部沿海、北部沿海、西南地区、长江中游地区、东北地区、黄河中游、西北地区;从长期趋势看,效率值变化不稳定,忽高忽低;政府创新资金资助、国有产权比例对企业技术创新效率有负面影响,高技术产业技术溢出、企业规模对企业技术创新效率有显著促进作用。
Taking technology innovation efficiency of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China's eight economic zones as the research object, this paper conducts empirical research based on SE-DEA and quantitative analysis. Three results have been found: firstly, annual average value of technology innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in China's eight economic zones from 2001 to 2011 has regional differences, from high to low rankings are the southern coast, the eastern coast, the northern coast, the southwest China, the central Yangtze river, the northeast China, the middle of the Yellow River, and the northwest China. Secondly, the efficiency value of each region fluctuates in view of long term. Thirdly, government technology funds and proportion of state-owned property right have negative influence on innovation efficiency, while technology spillover of regional high-tech industries and enterprise scale promoting the efficiency. Finally, some policy suggestions are offered in accordance with the research result.
