摘要
传统高校思想政治教育模式存在诸多不足,已然不能满足日益发展的教学需求,应该构建新的高校思想政治教育工作模式,从而推动学生工作的发展。构建新模式的高校思想政治教育,一方面,可以引入社会工作的理念,从而形成高校思想政治教育工作自身的价值观;另一方面,可以借鉴社会工作的方法,使学生工作能够更合时宜、更合民意,更易开展。
Traditional ideological and political education model has many deficiencies, and it can no longer meet the growing teaching needs. Thus,we should build a new model to promote the development of students＂ work. On the one hand, we can introduce the concept of social work to form the values of ideo- logical and political education; on the other hand, we can learn from the methods of social work to make students＇ work be more appropriate, conform to public opinion more and easier to carry out.
