摘要
目的:分析毕业实习护生对外科临床带教教师的评价结果,探讨如何做好带教工作。方法:向在我院外科毕业实习护生发放临床带教教师评价表,应用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析评价结果。结果:在教学方法、综合能力及素质3个方面,外科临床带教教师教学方法最需要改进。教学方法中最需要改进的为注意培养学生的创造性思维;综合能力中最需要改进的为书本与实践结合;素质中最需要改进的为以人为本、带教观念强。结论:应重视毕业实习护生对外科临床带教教师的评价,强化外科临床带教教师的继续教育与培训。
Objective： To evaluate surgical clinical teaching teachers among nursing students in graduation practice stage.Methods： Questionarie of clinical teaching teachers evaluation scales were handed out to the nursing students in surgical graduation practice stage in our hospital,among which 195 were taken back and analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results： In the three aspects of teaching method,comprehensive ability and quality,the most needed to improve for surgical clinical teaching teachers was teaching method.In the teaching method,the most needed to improve was the training of the students＇ creative thinking.In the comprehensive ability,the most needed to improve was the combination of theory and practice.In the quality,the most needed to improve was the concept of people oriented and emphasizing demonstration.Conclusion： Attention should be paid to the evaluation of nursing students in graduation practice stage on surgical clinical teaching teachers.Continuing education and training of surgical clinical teaching teachers should be reinforced.
