摘要
Nagle算法和延迟确认策略作为传输控制协议拥塞控制的两个标准,用以解决网络中由于大量短帧引起的带宽利用率低以及网络拥塞等问题。深入分析了Nagle算法和延迟确认策略的工作机制,使用OPNET Modeler对Nagle算法和延迟确认策略进行仿真分析,结果表明Nagle算法和延迟确认策略可以大幅度减少网络中数据包数量和数据比特总量,有效节省带宽,降低网络拥塞发生的可能性。仿真结果为Nagle算法和延迟确认策略在短帧网络中的应用提供了依据。
The Nagle algorithm and Delayed ACK policy,as two standard requirements of TCP congestion control,are used to resolve low bandwidth efficiency and congestion problems caused by numerous small packets.The paper simulates and analyses the Nagle algorithm and Delayed ACK policy with OPNET Modeler.The substantially decrease of packets and bits in result proves that these two algorithms have commendable performance in saving bandwidth and avoiding congestion.This result provides a proof for the application of these two algorithms.
