摘要
讨论TCP在多跳移动Ad Hoc网络中的稳定性问题,分析TCP不稳定的原因,给出端到端的解决方案和对该问题的形式化描述。扩展的ns2模拟实验表明,隐藏终端将产生大量MAC层的包冲突,破坏TCP的稳定性。仅仅限制TCP发送窗口大小是不够的,延迟确认策略应该同时使用。
The discussions about the TCP stability over multihops mobile Ad Hoc networks, including the analysis of the reason of the instability ,the end-to-end improvement schemes and the formalized description of the TCP instability problem are given. The extensive ns2 simulations show that the hidden terminal will produce large volumes of collisions of MAC packets and worsen the TCP stability. Only the limiting of the TCP sending window size is not enough, the strategy of delayed ACK is also required in the solution.
