摘要
目的 探讨特定电磁波(TDP)穴位照射在寒痰阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期治疗中的应用价值.方法 将寒痰阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者43例按数字表法随机分为对照组(17例)和观察组(26例).对照组予抗感染对症支持以及中药汤剂口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用TDP穴位(大椎穴、左右定喘穴)照射.两组疗程均为5~10 d.观察两组的疗效、症状评分、住院时间、医疗费用及不良反应.结果 观察组总有效率为88.5%,明显高于对照组的76.5%(Х^2=4.54,P<0.05).观察组治疗后症状评分、住院天数均优于对照组(均P <0.05),但两组医疗费用差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).两组均未见明显的不良反应.结论 TDP穴位照射在寒痰阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期治疗中的应用,能提高疗效,具有临床推广价值.
Objective To explore the application value of the special electromagnetic(TDP) acupoint irradiation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of Hantanzufei type.Methods According to the digital table,43 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of Hantanzufei type were randomly divided into the control group (17 cases) and the observation group(26 cases).The control group was given the anti-infective symptomatic and supportive as well as traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral treatment,and the observation group was given TDP acupoint irradiation(Dazhuixue,lefi and right Dingchuanxue) on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 5 to 10 days.The efficacy,symptom score,duration of hospitalization,medical costs and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.5 %,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.5%)(Х^2 =4.54,P 〈 0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores,length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P 〈 0.05).But the difference of medical expenses between the two groups was not statistically significant(P 〈0.05).The two groups showed no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Application of TDP acupoint irradiation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease of Hantanzufei type can improve the efficacy,and it has the value of clinical promotion.
