摘要
目的 观察谷维素的降脂作用。方法 采用高脂血症大鼠 ,观察谷维素对其血脂的影响。结果 谷维素 ( 0 .5～ 2g/kg)能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白含量 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,同时使高密度脂蛋白水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,并呈剂量依赖性。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of oryzanol on the experimantal hyperlipidemic rats.Methods The hyperlipidemic rats to study the hypolipidemic cation of oryzanol was applied.Results The levels of AC,TG,LDLC in hyperlipidemic rats were progressively lowered (P<0.05,P<0.01) after treated with oryzanol (0.5～2g/kg·w),HDLC markedly increased (P<0.01).It suggested it was markedly dosage dependent.Conclusion Oryzanol had an obvious hypolipidemic effects on hyperlipidemic rats.
