摘要
高校辅导员中普遍存在职业倦怠现象,这对辅导员自身发展、学生的成长成才以及思想教育工作的开展有着不利的影响。本文运用唯物辩证法原理,分析出社会、组织、个人是高校辅导员职业倦怠现象产生的重要原因,并据此提出营造良好外部环境,解决辅导员角色困惑,提高辅导员自我调适能力,减少辅导员职业倦怠性。
There is a common phenomenon of job burnout among college counselors, which is bad for counselors' develop- ment, students' growth and ideological and political education' implementation. The paper uses the materialistic dialectics to analyze the causes of college counselors' job burnout from the aspects of society, organizations and individuals. And it puts forward some measures to create good external environments, solve the counselors' confusion and improve their self-adjus- tment so as to reduce their job burnout.
