摘要
目的探讨局部应用丝裂霉素C-几丁糖混合物预防椎板切除术后硬膜外粘连的效果。方法 48只SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组16只,分别为丝裂霉素C-几丁糖混合物组(A组)、丝裂霉素C组(B组)和生理盐水对照组(C组)。各组大鼠行L1椎板切除术,局部应用不同的药物。分别于术前及术后1天行后肢运动功能评分(BBB评分)。术后6周行大体标本观察、羟脯氨酸含量检测和组织病理学观察。结果用药前后各组BBB评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组和B组大鼠硬膜外粘连程度明显轻于C组,A、B两组硬膜外瘢痕中羟脯氨酸含量较C组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HE染色见A组及B组硬膜外瘢痕组织增生较少,结构疏松;C组中可见硬膜外形成致密的瘢痕粘连。结论丝裂霉素C-几丁糖混合物能够有效减少瘢痕组织形成,预防硬膜外粘连。
Objective To explore the effect of topical application of mitomycin C-chitin mixture in preventing epi- dural adhesion after laminectomy. Methods 48 rats were used in the experiment and divided into 3 groups randomly (mitomyein C-chitin mixture group A, mitomyein C group B and control group C). The BBB scoring was used for assessment of motor function of posterior limb before and one day after administration. Macroscopic observation, hydroxypreline content of sear and the histologieal analysis were used to evaluate epidural adhesion after 6 weeks. Re- sults There was no significant difference before and after administration among the three groups by BBB scoring (P 〉 0. 05 ). The hydroxyproline content of sear in group A and group B was obviously less than that in control group, moreover there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Topical application of mitomyein C-chitin mixture can prevent epidural scar adhesion after laminectomy.
