摘要
剖析传统的业务流程,综合运用多种流程再造手法,创新高校图书馆运行机制,构筑一站式、一体化、全开放的学科化信息服务新体系,最大限度降低图书馆的运营成本,实现信息服务效益的最大化。流程再造的任务有:构建面向用户、双向互动、异构同存、高度整合、易拓展的信息资源建设平台;实施实体信息资源的按类分配、管理和服务制度;精简、整合和优化传统的组织机构;设立实体与虚拟动态结合、高度集成的学科化信息服务平台。
Based on the analysis of the traditional business flow, this paper makes a comprehensive use of business flow re engineering techniques to innovate the operating mechanism of university libraries, construct the onestop, integrated and fully open new disciplinary information service system, reduce the operating cost of library to the maximum extent, and achieve the maximum information service benefit. The business flow reengineering tasks include: constructing the useroriented, bidirectionally interac tive, isomeric and coexistent, highly integrated and developable information resources platforms; implementing the system of allo cation, management and service according to the types of entity information resources; simplifying, integrating and optimizing the traditional organizations and agencies; and constructing the highly integrated disciplinary information service platform which com bines the entity with the virtual dynamically.
