摘要
目的探讨赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌发生的关系。方法收集2009年9月至2013年1月手术切除的新鲜胃癌及相应的癌旁组织(距离胃癌组织5cm)各65例,采用Westernblot方法检测组织中的LOX、VEGF蛋白在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,采用Spearman等级相关分析方法分析LOX与VEGF在胃癌中表达之间的相互关系。结果LOX在65例胃癌组织中的相对表达量为0.4178±0.1135,在癌旁组织中的相对表达量为0.2174±0.1524,胃癌组织中的LOX表达水平明显高于癌旁组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);VEGF在65例胃癌组织中0.4793±0.1019,在癌旁组织中的相对表达量为0.2116±0.1146,胃癌组中的VEGF表达水平明显高于癌旁组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在胃癌组织,LOX与VEGF的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织。LOX与VEGF在胃癌的发生及发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of lysyl oxidase (LOX) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues, and their relationshipa with genesis of gastric cancer. Methods Sixty-five samples of freshly surgically resected gastric cancer tissues and the pa- racancerous tissues 5 cm away from the gastric cancer tissues each were collected in Wuhan Puren Hospital from Sep. 2009 to Jan. 2013. By using the method of Western blotting, the protein expression of LOX and VEGF in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues was detected. The Spearman rank correlation analysis was done to analyze the correlation between the LOX and VEGF expression in gastric cancer. Results LOX relative expression in 65 cases of gastric cancer tissues and their paracancerous tissues was 0. 4178 ± 0. 1135 and 0. 2174 ± 0. 1524 respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). VEGF in 65 cases of gastric cancer tissues and their paracancerous tissues was 0. 4793 ± 0. 1019 and 0. 2116 ± 0. 1146 respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclu- sion The expression levels of LOX and VEGF are obviously higher in the gastric cancer tissues than in the paracancerous tissues. LOX and VEGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
