摘要
系统论与高校基层团建在研究以及实践层面都有极强的契合性。系统论下的高校基层团建要树立大团建观;要明确基层团委、团支部、团员的地位及其定位;要从组织结构、制度结构、团干结构、团员结构、活动结构几个方面进行系统优化;要坚持有原则的社会价值导向和市场导向;自组织理论下找准半青年自组织的关键序参量,推动组织文化建团。
The system theory and the construction of the Communist Youth League in college are of strong cornpatible, in research and practice. We should start from the aspects of system optimization, adhere to the principle of social value and market orientation, promote the organization culture groups.
