摘要
在大学生心理健康丰富内涵的基础上,从"阅读缓解心理困扰"、"阅读提升心理素质"两个维度,利用相关标准量表,对大学生心理健康方面的阅读心理与行为进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0对问卷数据进行统计分析,提出高校图书馆在大学生心理健康方面结合自身优势进行多维地探索的策略。
Based on abundant connotation understandings of the college students' mental health, fi'om two dimensions of "reading ease psychological distress" and " reading improving psychological quality ",the questionnaire investigate on the college students' mental health reading behavior and reading attitude by using related standard scales, the samples collected were computed and been analyzed by SPSS17.0. According to the research results universities library has more to explore in the college students' mental health.
