摘要
在分析西部地区农家书屋建设现状和存在问题的基础上,对建立西部地区农家书屋工程建设的长效机制进行了深入探讨,系统研究了农家书屋建设、管理和服务制度体系的构建,分析了推动制度体系正常运行的动力源。
Based on the analysis of the current situations and the existing problems of rural book room construction in west ar- eas ,the paper discussed the long-term mechanisms of rural book room project construction in west area, studied the institutional systems of construction, management and service for rural book room, and analyzed the power source to promote the normal operation of institutional systems.
