摘要
从当前"农家书屋"工程建设实际出发,从科学发展观角度提出了党和政府在发展农村文化政策上要具有稳定性;在资金来源上应始终坚持以政府投入为主的原则;合理规划和管理、建立县域图书馆网络服务体系;积极宣传和引导农民群众读书热情,实现"农家书屋"工程事业的可持续发展。
In order to achieve the project of ＂Farm Household Bookstore＂, we must persist scientific thought of development. In this essay, the author suggest that our Party and government should set up steady policies about the development of village culture. Besides, we should persist that the governmental finance is the main financial resource. We should make rational plan for the Internet system of library in our village. Government should educate the villagers more about the importance of reading, and create passion for villagers to read, in order to achieve the sustainable development of ＂Farm Household Bookstore＂ project.
