摘要 采用常温高压条件下的挂片试验,结合SEM和EDS等技术,研究了20#钢在H2S/CO2环境中不同气体分压比(pCO2/pH2S)条件下的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在试验环境中,20#钢的腐蚀以均匀腐蚀为主,伴有轻微的局部腐蚀;在低气体分压比情况下,腐蚀呈现先增大后减小再增大的规律;依据腐蚀规律,可将低分压比变化范围分为两个区域,在两个腐蚀区域内,腐蚀产物的元素百分含量差别不大,腐蚀产物以FeS和FeCO3为主。 The corrosion behavior of 20# pipeline steel in H2S/CO2 environments at normal temperature as well as high pressure was studied by weight loss measurement, and the surface analysis of the steel was performed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the general corrosion along with slight localized corrosion occurred in this system. At the low gas partial pressure ratio, the corrosion rate increased first, then decreased and increased again at last. According to the corrosion law, the range of low gas partial pressure can be divided into two areas. In these two corrosion areas, the percentage variations of corrosion product elements were similar, corrosion produts were mainly FeS and FeCO3.
