摘要
为了提高石油管常用材质非调质N80钢的耐蚀性,采用两步助镀法对其进行热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金,得到了表面光滑平整,无漏镀等缺陷的镀层。在此基础上,研究了N80钢镀层的显微组织及其在NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性,并对镀铝锌合金前后N80钢的力学性能进行了比较和分析。结果显示:55%Al-Zn合金镀层由表及里可分为两层,表层由富铝α相和富锌β相组成;内层由Fe-Al-和Fe-Al-Si系金属间化合物组成。热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金后,非调质N80钢在NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性及其强度、塑性等力学性能均显著提高。试验结果表明:将热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金技术应用于非调质N80钢的防腐是可行的。
A hot dipping 55% Al-Zn alloy coating was produced on the un-hardened and tempered N80 steel by two-step flux method, to improve the con'osion resistance in oil field. On the base, the microstructure of hot dipping 55% Al-Zn alloy coating and the corrosion resistance in NaCl solution of the alloy-coated steels were analyzed. And the comparison of the mechanical properties of N80 steels before-and-after coating was carried out. The results show that the microstructure of 55%Al-Zn coating is composed of an Al-Zn alloy overlay and a intermetallic layer. After hot dipping 55%Al-Zn alloy, the corrosion resistance in NaCl solution and mechanical properties of the alloy-coated steels can be greatly improved. The investigations indicat that it is feasible to use hot dipping 55 % Al-Zn process to improve the corrosion resistance of N80 steel.
