摘要
电阻率作为导电材料最重要的特性参数之一,具有十分重要的意义,通过检测导电材料的电阻率分布可以对材料的加工过程进行控制或者区分成品材料的应用范围。传统的电阻率检测方法很难应用于各种高温高压的环境,也不能满足无接触检测的需求,所以迫切发展一种能够在恶劣环境下无接触检测材料电阻率的检测方法。根据涡流法电阻率检测具有无接触、精度高、成本低、检测速度快、能够在恶劣环境下工作等特点,提出了一种通过涡流感应对导电体的电阻率进行无接触检测的系统。设计了检测系统的硬件,并利用移相技术和相关检测的算法成功实现了在涡流检测中对微弱信号的幅值、相位二维信息的提取。

So the non-contact detection method under the severe environment is extremely urgent, According to the no-contact,high accuracy, low cost, fast detection speed, can work under the severe environment and other characteristics of eddy current method, the no-contact system by eddy current induction is introduced in this paper. This paper designs hardware detec- tion system, and the use of phase-shifting technology and related detection algorithm successfully achieved the extraction of the weak signal amplitude,phase two-dimensional information in eddy current testinz.
