高速冲压设备状态智能监控系统设计

摘要 介绍了由压电式冲击压力传感器、涡流探伤传感器、智能监控仪、不合格品高速分选机构等组成的高速冲压设备状态智能监控系统的工作原理及其关键技术。试验证明:该系统能有效监控高速冲压设备状态和实现对不合格钢球毛胚的分选,毛胚合格率可达98%以上。该智能监控系统运行稳定、可靠。 Working principle and key technology of the intelligent monitoring and controlling system of the highspeed punching machine are introduced, which consisted of piezoelectric impact pressure sensor, eddy-current testing sensor, intelligent monitoring and controlling instruments, nonconforming high-speed separation mechanism. Experiment shows that the system can monitor and control the status of the high-speed punching machine effectively. The separation of nonconforming steel ball is achieved. The steel ball pass rate is above 98 %. The system is stable and reliable.
