摘要
焊接是现代制造中最重要的加工手段之一,焊接过程的测控直接关系到焊接质量。计算机技术、传感技术以及控制理论的发展,为焊接测控系统的产生提供了技术基础。尤其是虚拟仪器技术作为计算机测试和控制的前沿技术,已经逐渐的应用于焊接测控中。对焊接过程的电信号测控系统的原理以及架构进行了简要介绍,详尽的阐述了基于虚拟仪器焊接电信号测控系统的国内外研究现状以及发展趋势,提出了不同应用背景下的基于虚拟仪器的焊接测控系统的特征及其发展。
Welding is one of the most important processes in modern manufacturing. The welding measurement and control are the key factors to decide the quality of welding. The development of computer technology, sensing technology and control theory provides technical foundation for generation of the welding measurement and control system, especially the virtual instrument technology, which has been gradually used for welding measurement and control as a cutting-edge technology. This paper firstly introduces the fundamental principle and structure of wedding electrical signal measurement and control system based on virtual instrument. Then with details at the domestic and overseas research progress in the system . Finally, for different applications, the characteristics and development direction of the system are presented.
