摘要
论文介绍了利用LabVIEW开发的焊接电信号虚拟分析仪。从硬件和软件两方面对该虚拟仪器系统构成和设计给予了详细的描述。测试表明,该系统操作简单,有较强的信号处理分析能力,便于人们对焊接过程稳定性做出评估。
This paper introduces the development of virtual instrument (Ⅵ) system for testing welding electric signals based on LabVIEW. The software and hardware designs of VI system are described in detail. The testing result indicates that this system is easy to use and suits for stability evaluation of welding process with strong signal processing capability.
