摘要
为了识别对技术创新具有重要影响的因素,将结构洞理论拓展到模糊社会网络领域,通过计算每个影响因素占据模糊结构洞的个数来判别其重要性.采用文献研究法,以技术创新的98个影响因素为行动者,影响因素之间的互动关系为模糊关系,建立模糊技术创新网络.针对模糊社会网络,提出了模糊结构洞的概念,研究了行动者占据模糊结构洞个数的计算方法和模糊结构洞的分类方法,并将其应用于模糊技术创新网络.研究结果表明,排在前1~5位的影响因素分别为:研究开发能力、人力资源素质、经济发展水平、市场需求和产业集群程度,其占据模糊结构洞的个数分别为129,85,21,21和21.模糊技术创新网络的这5个影响因素是其他因素相互关联和相互作用的枢纽和中介,对技术创新产生积极的推动作用.
In order to identify the important factors that influence technology innovation,this paper extends the notion of structural holes to fuzzy social netw ork.Distinguish its importance by calculating the number of the fuzzy structural holes occupied by each factor.Using literature research,the fuzzy technology innovation netw ork is set up by taking the 98 influencing factors of technology innovation as actors,and their interaction as fuzzy relationship.For the fuzzy social netw ork,the concept of fuzzy structural holes is proposed and a new method on how to calculate an actor’s structural hole in fuzzy social netw ork is introduced,and the classification method of structural holes based on tw o eight principles is discussed,w hich is then applied to fuzzy technology innovation netw ork.The results show that the top 5 factors are research and development capabilities,human resources quality,level of economic development,market demand and degree of industrial clusters,and the number of their structural holes are 129,85,21,21 and 21 respectively.These five influence factors are the hub and mediation for the interrelation and interaction w ith other factors,and they promote technological innovation positively.
