摘要
大型粮库的进度控制是政府主管部门、业主和施工单位面临的难题之一.关键链项目管理技术通过设置并监控缓冲区,减少不确定性因素对工程进度的影响.在分析大型粮库进度管理特点的基础上,引入工期折减系数和位置权数对缓冲区设置方法进行改进,综合考虑了工序的复杂程度、资源约束及管理者的风险偏好度等对工期的影响;并以某大型粮库进度控制为例进行了实证研究.
Schedule control of large grain depot is one of the difficult problems for the competent department of government, the owner and construction companies. The critical chain project management technology can reduce delay of uncertainty factors on the schedule by setting and monitoring a buffer region. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of large grain depot schedule management, a time reduction coefficient and a position weight were introduced to improve the buffer region setting manner, fully considering influences of the complexity of procedures, resource constraint,risk preference of managers and the like on the construction time;and the empirical study on schedule control was performed in a large grain depot.
