摘要
目的控制手术室保洁工作的过程质量,以保证各时间段保洁工作任务完成的时效性,提高保洁工作的质量和效率。方法根据手术室保洁工作特点建立各班次各时间段的保洁工作流程模板,首先在一个区域进行试点,成熟后在手术室各区域实施。结果保洁人员对流程设置的科学性、实用性、可操作性等方面的满意度评价均达到90.0%以上,微生物监测阳性率、员工考核合格率均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以时间为序的各班次各时间段工作流程实施,使各班次各时间段应完成的工作任务得到进一步识别和确认,细化了保洁工作的过程管理,从而提高了工作质量。
Objective To control operation room cleaning process quality,to ensure that each time cleaning work effectiveness,improve the quality and efficiency of cleaning work.Methods According to the characteristics of operation room cleaning work,establish the cleaning process template of every shift time,pilot in a regional of operation room and implement in the whole operation room after maturation.Results To the scientific,practical and operable of process settings,the satisfaction evaluation of cleaning staff were above 90%.The positive rate of microbial monitoring,staff appraisal qualification rate were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The implementation of time sequence workflow in each order and each time made sure of the work task of each time period,refined the process management of cleaning work and improved the quality of work.
