摘要
文章研究了扩链剂以及聚醚改性硅油对浇注式铝合金隔热型材专用聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明:根据注胶隔热铝型材对聚氨酯弹性体的性能要求,选用1,4-丁二醇作为扩链剂较好,其用量在5.5%为宜;聚醚改性硅油的用量是10%时,能够有效提高聚氨酯弹性体的冲击强度。
In the paper,the influence of chain-extender and polyether modified silicones on properties of polyurethane elastomer for poured thermal barrier aluminium profile were analyzed and studied.The results showed that: according to performance requirements of polyurethane elastomer for thermal barrier aluminium profile,1,4-butylene-glycol was the best chain-extender and the most appropriate content was 5.5 %.Meanwhile,when the polyether-modified silicone oil in an amount of 10 %,could effectively improve the impact strength of the polyurethane elastomer.
