摘要
为了分离鉴定荧光假单孢菌,筛选拮抗性强的荧光假单孢菌作为生物防治菌株,优化发酵条件,建立大量生产该菌菌剂技术,进行温室生物防治试验。利用紫外光下产生荧光与拮抗性的特性,采用梯度稀释的方法,常规的微生物研究方法进行条件优化和大量培养方法。试验从俄罗斯的菌剂中分离鉴定出拮抗性的ELS—1荧光假单孢菌,紫外下产生荧光的杆状单极生鞭毛菌株。并且优化了发酵条件,制备出荧光假单孢菌菌剂,获得温室生物防治好的效果。荧光假单孢菌ELS—1具有拮抗多种植物病原真菌的能力,其开发利用显示了良好的前景。
In order to separate and identify fluorescent pseudomonad, screening antagonistic strong fluorescent pseudomonad as biological control strain, optimizing the fermentation conditions, establishing a large number of production the bacteria bacterium agent technology, and proceeding greenhouse biological control test. Ultraviolet produced fluorescence, antagonistic characteristics, gradient dilution method and the conventional microbial research methods conditions optimization and mass culture method were used. The antagonistic ELS-1 fluorescent pseudomonad from the Russian bacteria agent and ultraviolet produced under fluorescent rod unipolar born flagellum strain were separated and identified. The fermentation conditions were optimized, the fluorescent pseudomonas bacteria agent was prepared, good effect of greenhouse biological control was obtained. Fluorescent pseudomonad ELS-- 1 had antagonism plant pathogenic fungi ability and the good development prospect.
