摘要
对荧光假单孢菌(P.Fluorescens)PS-1菌株的工业发酵培养基成分和发酵条件进行了研究。通过单因子实验和正交实验,确定最佳培养基组成:可溶性淀粉10g/L,豆饼粉15g/L,葡萄糖3g/L,KH2PO40.6g/L,CaCO32g/L;最佳发酵条件:温度为28℃,pH为7.0,装液量为20mL/250mL三角瓶装量;搅拌速率200r/min。最大发酵菌数达到1.78×1010/mL。
This paper studied the compositions of fermentation medium and fermentation conditions of PS-1 strain by the single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum composition of the fermentation medium and fermentation conditions were ascertained. With the optimum medium in which containing 10 g soluble amylum, 15 g bean cake, 3 g glucose, 0.6 g KH2PO4 and 2 g calcium carbonate per liter, and under the optimum conditions, 28℃, pH 7.0, loading amount 20 mL/250 mL and agitation rate 200 r/rain, the most number of the germs, 1.78×10^10 /mL, would be attained.
