摘要
准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术是近年来矫正近视较为理想的一种手术。弥漫性板层角膜炎是LASIK或相关板层角膜屈光手术后出现的一种非感染性炎症,其发病率不高,但如处理不当,对病人视力的恢复将会产生严重的不良影响。因此,早期的正确诊断和恰当治疗具有重要的临床意义。
Objective：Laser in situ keratomileusis in recent years is a kind of correction of myopia operation ideal. Diffuse lamellar keratitis is a non - infectious inflammation in LASIK or related lamellar corneal refraction after operation, the incidence rate is not high, but if handled properly, on the recovery of patients eyesight will have adverse effects.
