摘要
攀枝花钢钒有限公司提钒炼钢厂采用"铁水预处理→120 t顶底复吹转炉→LF→RH→方坯、圆坯连铸"工艺生产GCr15轴承钢,存在钢水钛含量过高、钢水氧活度过高、浇铸变流的现象。通过加强对转炉终点、LF、RH过程关键点控制以及采取连铸保护浇铸措施,能够稳定生产出符合GB/T18254—2002要求的GCr15轴承钢。
Panzhihua Steel &Vanadium Co.,Ltd. adopted "hot metal pretreatment→120 t top and bottom combined blown converter→LF→RH→billet, round billet continuous casting" technology product GCr15 bearing steel. The high titanium content and high oxygen activity in molten steel, pouring variable flow phenomenon occured in prodution. Through strengthen key point control of end point of converter steelmaking, LF, RH process and continuous casting protection casting, can stable production to meet the requirements of GB/T 18254-2002 of GCr15 bearing steel.
