摘要
利用爆热弹测试了以HMX为基不同配比含铝炸药的爆热值。根据炸药爆热的测定值,分别通过最小吉布斯自由能法和平衡常数法确定了不同配比炸药的爆炸产物组成,进而计算得到两种方法下不同组成的含铝炸药中铝粉的反应率。结果表明,随着铝粉质量分数增加,铝粉的反应率呈线性增大,铝粉质量分数在30%时达到最大,之后随铝粉质量分数的增加,铝粉的反应率呈下降趋势。
The explosion heat of HMX-based aluminized explosive with different Al content was obtained by the detonation calorimeter. It was then used to confirm the composition of the detonation products and to calculate the reaction per- centage of Al powder in the aluminized explosives by means of minimization of the Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constant, respectively. The result shows that the reaction percentage of AI rises linearly with the increase of Al content, and reaches to the maximum at Al content of 30% and descends thereafter.
